With over 20 years’ experience in health, fitness and workplace wellbeing, Chris has seen the impact of employee absence, musculoskeletal issues, mental health challenges and lifestyle-related conditions on businesses. Through the Occupational Performance Group, he has developed a proactive on-site clinical service that helps organisations reduce sickness absence, improve employee wellbeing and boost productivity. Supported by a highly qualified clinical team, OPG helps address issues early, protecting workforces and creating healthier, more productive teams.

Business & Marketing Executive
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media and academic training in Cyber Security, Will brings experience across the media, fitness, and technology sectors. Passionate about all three industries, his goal is to combine these disciplines professionally through a client-focused and solutions-driven approach. With extensive sales experience across multiple sectors, he excels at understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Alongside this, her sales experience has enabled her to build trust, understand individual needs, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Dr Leah Callebaut
Clinical Psychologist
A HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Teacher, she has over 18 years of experience across mental health, physical health, and workplace wellbeing services. She specialises in supporting individuals experiencing burnout, trauma, anxiety, low mood, PTSD, and life transitions. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic frameworks, including EMDR. Alongside individual therapy, she designs and delivers wellbeing programmes, mindfulness courses, workshops, and team-based interventions for organisations.

Saskia is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), NLP Coach and international trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate change, stress and high-performance environments. She supports employees, managers and business owners to improve wellbeing, resilience, confidence and workplace performance using practical, evidence-based strategies. Combining CBT with coaching techniques, Saskia helps individuals manage stress, prevent burnout and improve communication. Her warm, results-focused approach enables people to feel better, perform better and thrive professionally and personally.

Steph is a qualified and registered Integrative Counsellor who tailors her approach to each individual using a combination of therapeutic modalities. After a successful 10-year career in banking, she retrained as a therapist to pursue her passion for supporting others. Steph is known for her compassionate, professional, and approachable nature. She provides a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can explore challenges, foster personal growth, and create meaningful change while feeling respected, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

Senior Physiotherapy
Katie completed her Physiotherapy degree at Cardiff University in 2006. Following graduation, she gained experience in chronic pain, private practice, and sports rehabilitation in Vancouver, Canada. In 2012, she completed a Masters in Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia. Katie specialises in musculoskeletal therapy and biomechanics, combining advanced clinical expertise with a patient-centred approach. She further expanded her skills by qualifying as a reformer Pilates instructor in 2022.

Cara is a Women’s Health Coach and Yoga Teacher specialising in menstrual and hormonal health. She helps women better understand their hormones, make sustainable health changes, and feel more connected to their bodies. Combining evidence-informed coaching with a holistic approach, Cara supports physical health, stress management, mindset, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation. Alongside 1:1 coaching, she delivers workshops, talks, and yoga sessions that make women’s health accessible, practical, and empowering.

Caisey Maker is a Sports Therapist and Women’s Championship rugby player, bringing firsthand athletic insight to her treatments. She holds a Bachelor’s Honours degree from the University of Worcester and has worked across university, elite, and endurance sports, including placements with Gloucester Rugby and the University of Gloucestershire Women’s Rugby team. Based in Cheltenham, Caisey specialises in sports massage, injury rehabilitation, and performance recovery, helping clients reduce pain, improve function, and return to activity with confidence.

Graduating from UWE Bristol with First Class Honours, Adam is a Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a background in private practice. His expertise includes manual therapy, massage, joint mobilisations, acupuncture, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation. He has extensive experience supporting patients of all ages through injury recovery and pain management. A former Royal Marine and keen marathon runner, Adam understands the value of physical fitness, mental resilience, and structured rehabilitation, helping clients achieve lasting improvements in health and performance.

Bruce Dowling is a highly experienced Sports Therapist specialising in soft tissue injuries and rehabilitation. With a background as a personal trainer and former elite professional athlete, he brings extensive expertise in fitness, weight management, and recovery. Bruce takes a holistic, empathetic, and hands-on approach, helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve pain relief and improved wellbeing. A former leading jockey, he won races at Cheltenham and tracks across Britain and holds the UK record for riding in the most races at a single meeting.

A graduate of Brunel University, they have gained experience across the NHS, private practice, and sports sectors. Their background includes working within physiotherapy teams for a Premier League football club in Singapore and the Category 2 Academy at Colchester United Football Club. With a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and functional movement, they help individuals improve movement, build strength, and return to daily activities, work, and sport confidently. They also hold qualifications in Sports Massage, Kinesiology, and Sports Taping.

With 25 years of experience in the European and UK food industries, Tamas combines fine-dining expertise, food development knowledge, and evidence-based nutrition. His background spans professional kitchens, restaurant ownership, sports coaching, personal training, and nutrition coaching, giving him a unique understanding of health, performance, and behaviour change. He holds the MacNutrition Uni Advanced Level 5 Nutrition Science Diploma and provides practical, outcome-driven guidance to help clients build sustainable habits, improve wellbeing, and lead healthier, more energised lives.

He specialises in supporting men over 40, clients focused on longevity, and women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. His approach combines scientific evidence with real-world practicality to improve energy, performance, and long-term health.
